In a shocking twist, Daniel Stern, the lovable goofball from “Home Alone,” had a bit of a health scare earlier this month. On October 7th, emergency responders rushed to his home in Somis, California. While details about what happened are scarce, we do know that it was serious enough to warrant a trip to the hospital. Thankfully, he’s back home and reportedly doing well, leaving fans with a sigh of relief!
It’s hard not to chuckle a little at the irony here. This is the same guy who dodged some ridiculously elaborate home security as Marv Murchins in the classic holiday movie. You have to wonder if his on-screen antics came back to haunt him. Maybe he slipped on a toy or accidentally set off a booby trap of his own making—who knows?
