The Atlanta Police Department charged him with possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of felonies, as well as reckless driving and drug possession. Seems like the “Leavin’” hitmaker has left his common sense in the dust, right along with a few of those hit singles!

Though the details surrounding his arrest are still a bit murky, it’s worth noting that this isn’t Rod’s first run-in with the law. Earlier this year, he was in trouble for reportedly firing a gun during a disagreement with associates. You’d think he would know better by now—maybe he needs a good lawyer and a better group of friends who don’t carry firearms!
